Free Characters in Neverness to Everness
You can build a fully functional endgame team without spending a single Annulith. Below is every character that can be unlocked for free, in roughly the order you'll obtain them.
Esper Zero — Day 1
The protagonist. Unlocked during the prologue (~25 minutes in). Element-swappable Main DPS — use whatever Arc element your strongest support runs. See the Esper Zero page.
Haniel — Pre-Registration Milestone
Awarded to every account that links to a pre-registered Perfect World account. Strong universal Psyche support (see Haniel build). Even post-launch new accounts can claim her by hitting the equivalent login total.
Skia — 7-Day Login Selector
The free SSR selector after seven consecutive logins lets you pick from Skia, Daffodill or Adler. Skia is the strongest pick for most launch teams — top-tier Frost sub-DPS, fits Mint or Aurelia comps. Skia build.
Daffodill / Adler — Selector Alternative
If you already own Skia or you're committed to a Volt team, swap to Adler for Volt reactions or Daffodill for Blaze reactions.
